Looks like I'm going to have to take off the exterior door panel rather than the interior. This is gonna be a bit harder than the guy who sold it claimed.

.... I'm assuming that by now, you've bought a Saturn Repair Manual for your car .........

Ok, I ripped off the door panel and I have gotten to what appears to be the motor.

However, how do I test the voltage? I got a multimeter. Is this the clip I have to remove?
