Default Bought my first car, proud to say it is an SC2

Yesterday was the day I sealed the deal with the seller and happily drove home in a 97 SC2, it has 147xxx miles on it. With that sort of mileage it is no doubt that I will need some help along the way. I come from a family that knows their way around cars, but I'm sure the specific Saturn knowledge with these cars will help me even more.

Welcome to the Forum. Make sure your oil level stays up(full), and if the transmission is an automatic, I'd plan on a flush/filter/fill as arly as you can afford it ....

Welcome to the forum. All I can say is to check your oil regularly. For some reason the 1.9 DOHC engine uses oil.

Welcome to the Forum! The oil level is no joke. Even the best running SL/SC models seem to use some oil. I would check it weekly to begin with untill you find out how much it uses.
