Wait, didn't you swap the blower to that one with the candy cane coating? Why not swap a different blower on? You have two, you know...

But, if you decide to move it into a backyard, why not mine? I'll trade you a sturdy, reliable, and somewhat quick 1995 Ford Ranger, and a ride in a fully functioning Redline...

Iats are about 87/95ish, on a decent mid 80s day. So not bad.
The m62s dont have gaskets around the snout. Horrible design flaw, and apparently a common issue.
I do have the other blower, but I would need a press to swap pulleys. I really don't want to buy a $100 supercharger pulley press for a 1 time deal.
I'm seriously out of money for this until I have more time to sell more ion parts. I have half a shed full, and bringing in two more cars.

I need to get the bike running, get my license, and learn to ride it. Plus, all the things Topanga needs. And by needs I mean, she realm does need some work.
I'll figure this out. If these 2 cars bring in the same amount of profit as the other one, ill be able to do everything I need, plus get the redline boosting right again. Should've just bought a TVS 1320.

Well, a TVS should solve the mechanical issues with your lack of boost...

Do parts stores not rent a pulley press? Maybe using a heat gun on the pulley itself and cooling the shaft you might get it to slide off/on...would have to be removed with pliers, but still... Just a thought...

ran across this while looking for a supercharger pulley puller for pulling pulleys

Now I know what's inside an Eaton Roots style supercharger, and maybe this will help w r t the blower leak you have (?)

Dunno. I found it informational if nothing else, so sharing with the peanut gallery

also included as a thumbnail so it stays if link breaks

might a speed shop do the labor if you bring in both s/c s for less than the cost of the tool? Plus you'll make some friends!

The snout rebuild kits are about $50-60 on ebay....

The shops around here wanted between 100-125 to pull it. I may as well buy the tool for that price.

I have extra oil, so I am going to re-torque the bolts, add some oil, and take it from there.
