I like my blue power sockets from cornwell. Just pricey.
Got a set of 3/8ths 7-19mm short and deep chrome and impact for 160. Not a bad deal from a truck.
plier/screwdriver set I got from mac for 220. It was a 20 piece set. Side cutters broke. Quality is no better than my harbor freight pliers and screwdrivers. Wasted a bunch of money there.
Got some matco ratcheting wrenches and some adv sockets they sell. Overall happy.
I think gearwrench is there ratchet/wrench supplier.

I have a set of deep well sockets in the 3/8" drive that I got from Harbor Freight. They've actually held up better than the cheap Craftsman tools I got from Lowes. I've returned 2 ratchets and 3 broken sockets so far. And I'm not that rough on my tools. I still have some that my Dad gave me back in 1975. Some off brand no name tools, but they were made in the USA.

My sockets are a mixture of Craftsman, S-K Tools, Harbor Freight, and Englishtown specials. I bought a Harbor Freight mechanic set 20 years ago; which I still have to some degree. I lost almost all of the Harbor Freight 6-point sockets though and bought replacements over the years. My impact sockets are the same 2 sets (regular sockets and deep sockets) I got from the Englishtown swap meet 14 years ago; both are 7mm-19mm. I got my Craftsman SAE regular and deep socket sets from Englishtown 12 years ago. Back in 2015 I got a SAE impact set from Englishtown. Sadly, that was the last time I went there as they closed abruptly at the end of 2016. I'm dreading the day when I have to move all of my tools to storage.

I have a bunch of worn out Craftsman socket wrenches. They've been pretty worn for years, but the newer Craftsman crap in the last 15 years or so is such crap that I only swap out completely non-functional tools for the newer ones. Little bit of trivia. Craftsman sold the rights to the craftsman name to Lowe's. Craftsman has since licensed it back so now there are two manufacturers of Craftsman labeled tools. I believe it depends on what the tool is as to who is manufacturing it. But it's all overseas cheap crap. Not the USA made stuff from 30 years ago

I only have Craftsman sockets; and an electric impact. I still have my Harbor Freight ratchets; dunno how they survived all these years.
And then I have a whole lot of specialized tools (hydraulic flaring tool, hydraulic cable crimper, bearing driver & remover set, ball joint press, and many others) that take up a lot of space. Although I bought my hydraulic flare tool new; it had already paid for itself after I bent and flared the brake lines for the Crown Vic 13 years ago.
