All fixed, I'm so frustrated with myself right now on how I can be so moronic. Apparently there are 2 IAT sensors on this vehicle. 1 on the Airbox and 1 on the manifold. The diagram you shown and the ones I've found online before my post showed that the sensor will EITHER (keyword) be located on the Airtube feed OR the Intake Manifold.

Well after seeing your post with the diagram I decided to go double check the tube and cover to the Airbox making sure I just wasn't seeing it. I pulled off the airtube and the cover and inspected and nothing. So I broke out the flashlight and check the entire airbox, and there it was! Another sensor at the bottom of the airbox with the friggin wire unplugged. UGH!!!!!

I did not think to look for a secondary sensor as everything I've read before said it would be in 1 place OR the other. No where, absolutely no where, did I see anything about 2 of these dang sensors.

Oh well, my my stupidity.

Thank you again for all your help and assistance I really appreciate it.

Jimmy

I too found it interesting that, on reflection, some of the parts at rock auto were listed as "manifold" and some weren't. Didn't think that implied there were 2.

Good job, man - I was having a hard time trying to see under the hood from here.

Stick around.

Carry on.......
