No worries, back up is available, don't git me started on insurance companies, The Travelers is trying to rip my daughter off as we speak, after their client ran a stop sign whilst on her cell pone and hit my daughter, totaling the green weenie, her 99 Satorn (french for Saturn) Thank God nobody was hurt. It is so bad I'm looking into a "bad faith" claim against them in small claims court. No response from the Travelers for over 30 days Now their trying to low ball her on the ACV , that's what the law requires here in Pennsyltucky.

I've spent so much time on her claim I feel like I work for the Travelers Insurance company

Oh and I'd encourage anyone here to share this with any of those social platforms out there, The Travelers Insurance company is not the only one. They all take your money..then find a way to deny a claim.

Is there a police report?
I don't see how they could deny an accident documented by the police.

Where in our grade uncommonwealth do you reside, dude? I am also a resident of this former state store laden road condition ignoring territory, where the turnpike into end used to cost $6.60 back in 1989. I think it's close to 40 now. I believe all that's changed are two layers of asphalt. The second one to patch the first one that sucked

Well well. Too good to be true. Area code checks out.

How much has the ACL for a 20-year-old Saturn really increased from the pandemic? I guess the only thing that would help you is the super low mileage. Maybe I will go on KBB and punch up a value. It's not like they can just wait you out. Do you have rental car coverage on your policy? Because you could be soaking them everyday if you do.

Derf, gotta run today, check in tomorrow, I've found several, they cite the 100 mile range rule...........always a BS reason to deny

OK Boys and Girls the Green Weenie has finally been freed from being held hostage since July!! Settled with The Travelers Insurance and took possession of her yesterday! The claim was resolved for $4004 and some change but who's counting
Some may recall this was a special project of mine after they did not respond to my daughters inquiries for over a month, then I got involved.
So They delivered her and I'll expect to get a salvage title, no prob wit that.
Excited to begin a Bio-Diesel hybrid project AND more importantly for Us "S" guys, attempt a professional repair of that dreaded R. rear rust spot, that around here ( Punxaltucky) is usually terminal. If we can effect a legit repair it will extend the lifespan of the old "S" series into perpetuity IMHO!
