I have owned a 1997 Saturn SW2for 4 years and the upper left hand side (as you are in front of the car looking at it) engine mount has worn out 3 times. The rubber underneath the upside down U-shaped bracket eventually shrinks away from the top of that bracket and allows excessive vibration in the car.

Anyone else have this problem and know a solution other than replacing the mount each time at a cost of $67?

-thanks

when ever i have had worn mounts like this in the past i i use a little urathan glue to fill in the gap give it a day or two to cure and it will never go bad again.

Does any one make an upgraded motor mount for that spot?
