I will update:

Replaced both trailing arms and now replacing rear hubs too

I noticed I have a foot sized hole under where driving foot is due to rust...! Can touch carpet from under car

I'm in midwest and car was stored outside for ages, , with a leak in roof

At that point should I put a piece of sheet metal over the hole to prevent becoming fred flintstone ?

Now also worry that gas tank brackets will rust off LOL dont want that falling off

Btw anyone know how expensive it might he to replace a muffler? Ours fell off due to rust on the pipe, reattached it with U Brackets and some cords but it's making terrible sounds lately , not sure what to do about it , might make a thread

I believe Walker still makes mufflers for these cars, although they have stopped making other parts of the exhaust system. If you get the muffler from them, you must order the strap that holds it as the OEM strap not only will not hold this muffler, but it's probably long gone anyway. $60?

Make sure you are looking at the Walker diagram for the dohc not the sohc. The exhaust systems are not identical.
