l300 problem I think I messed it up!

So I noticed when I was checking with my volt meter the 5 volts I was reading was -5 volt so I figured the ground was back feeding. I cut the ground wire and made a temporary ground and now I have power at the pedal!

P0453 is fuel tank pressure sensor circuit high.
The fsm states the a/c pressure sensor, app sensor 2, fuel level sensor and the fuel tank pressure sensor share the same sensor return circuit to the ecm!
Notice: A short to B+ on signal circuit 890 will damage the FTP sensor.
These are quotes from the fsm.
P0405 is egr position sensor circuit low voltage.
So the new ground you ran for the app needs to be connected to the ftp sensor also.
This circuit connects to the ecm
Ok, Circuit 416 (CMP/EGR/MAF/MAPsensor), circuit 2709 (AC pressure/fuel tank pressure sensor) and circuit (APP sensor 1) share the same 5 volt reference supply (5 volt Ref-A). This connects to the ecm.
P0050 is a HO2S heater control circuit bank 2 sensor 1 , this code is sets if the heater circuit is open on the front O2 sensor in the manifold.
This may have been preexisting.
These are not show stoppers unless your car needs to pass a smog test.

i believe the pin number is 25. i think i found the to grounds comming from the tank under the back seat. they are both showing 5 volts the same with pin # 25 also shows 5 volts. i cut the two wires under the back seat and it still shows 5 volts comming out of the two black tank wires. i can't figure out where it's back feeding from. i don't think there should be power at these black wires.

I think the ecm provides the ground to that circuit. That is probably where your car failed when you did the a/c thing. If you can wait until I get home next week I can verify. But black wires are grounds on these cars.
