Have you removed the cluster or jostled it around?
When I re bulbed one of my Saturns recently, after I put the cluster back and connected it up, it started throwing a bizarre code in OBD1. I had to do quite the web search to find out that one of the causes of that code is a bad connection at one of the harnesses that connects to the back of the cluster. Sweeping the contacts did not solve the problem. CRC electrical cleaner did. Just wondering if where the cluster attaches may have dirty contacts and if so, if it's been bumped around, you don't necessarily know what has good contact and what doesn't. As life usually goes, you lose a ground and all hell breaks loose. Just a thought. I've never touched an L car
