So, I will photograph them tomorrow, but I got my blocker panels figured out... Yes, they're made of floor mat, but it's difficult to tell even from close up... They fit that well... Not gonna lie though, I used something I didn't want to because I didn't want to permanently glue them in place... You can't see the duct tape at all though...

It would likely have to be a whole lower grille for the inserts to work properly... Thanks for looking anyway though... Let me know, if it carries a reasonable price...
I'm going to order the ZZP 1.0 PCM in the next day or two, and order the hydro-shield from Amazon..No response from OTTP in like 16 days...
Then, I need tires(I'm nearing the wear bars) and I'll be good to go...

Or a whole lower grille from a RL fog lamp delete would also work and no inserts are necessary as there are no openings where the fog lights used to be.
Totally different part than for a factory fog light equipped RL
looks like this (mouse over link, count to 3 , then click)
http://www.gmpartsdepartment.com/par...Lower%20grille
BODY HARDWARE / FRONT BUMPER / BUMPER & COMPONENTS / Lower grille
22722088 - Lower grille
w/Red Line, w/o fog lamps
part # identical for RL 2004-2006
market price is like 80

That was what I was talking about... I didn't have the little round holes, the entire area was gone... I would need the entire lower grille, but I'm not too worried, as my new pieces seem to be holding in place... 16 miles on the interstate at a constant 75mph(give/take) should have budged them if they were going to... Best part, they cost me a grand total of $0.00! I already had the tape and the floor mat, and it took me all of ten minutes to do the cutting with a good pair of scissors and sharp knife... Now, tomorrow before work, I get to re-install the ZZP intake and get it back to running properly!

You know, I forgot entirely about the Velcro... That would work far better than the duct tape, provided I get it to stick to the plastic and rubber... I will have to buy a strip and see...
