clutch seems ok but when i shut the car off it acts like it does not want to shut off like it wants to keep running wandering if a p0405 code could make the vehicle act like this or could it be the clutch making it shutter a little and not wanting to shut off when you turn the engine off with the key wish i had a solus gm code reader to find out more seems like it shifts great PLEASE GIVE SOME ADVICE looks like the spark plug wiring is old but still getting good spark should i take the plugs out and replace with new

How many miles on your Sc2 ?? A failure in the EGR circuitry should not make your car run-on (diesel) as you describe. There are other problems at work here ...
