Technically no.
But my buddy and I work on Ecotecs on the side for cash. And flip cars.
Now that he bought a house elsewhere, we are having a shop built on his property early next year. In the process of having the land cleared and leveled now.
I'd really like it to be an eco performance based shop, but we will see more money with repairs as well.

How much can you reliably get out of an ecotec, even an irl or Cobalt ss, beyond how they came stock?
Seems like whenever Bones tried to push his irl with and such, the car complained, was finicky about when it would run full bore, and then blew.
Maybe you could add a turbo to a SCharged setup and a tune where the turbo kicks in

Reliably depends on how well the car was taken care of.
people have seen over 500whp on the stock lsj long block.
also depends on how deep your pockets are. Resleeve it and you can see xXxX digits.
its fwd though. So it would be a dyno queen.
Bones had an 04 which had fuel starving issues. And something with a dirty manifold. I don't really remember
