https://obd2pros.com/dtc-codes/p0122/
Throttle pedal position sensor/switch circuit A low input.

occurs when the Engine Control Module (ECM) registers a reading below 2 volts from Throttle Pedal Position Sensor/Switch (TPS).

https://obd2pros.com/dtc-codes/p0123/
Throttle pedal position sensor/switch circuit A high input

The malfunction gets triggered when the TPS circuit A range output to the ECM exceeds 4.54 volts for more than two seconds.

https://obd2pros.com/dtc-codes/p0223
Throttle pedal position sensor/switch circuit B high inputthe throttle/pedal position switch/sensor B circuit is reading at a higher than the manufacturer specified voltage or amperage.. presumably 4.54 volts like circuit A.

There are specs out there. I cannot guarantee these are 100% correct given the rate of speed at which I found and copied them. But they are out there. Google is your friend

thanks derf. I have been sick for awhile, just a miserable cold, so I have not had a chance to look further. I'll let everyone know what I find when I feel better. As we all know working on cars is a form of self abuse.
