I called every junkyard in my city and no one has any parts for Saturn Vues.
I'm probably just gonna buy a dashcover, not a big fan of those but it's better than having that broken piece exposed.
Again I appreciate your help on this.

 

That part is as a whole piece. The radio and ac etc "BEZEL". (is the name of it). Your best bet in getting it is to go to your local u pull it place and get it off of one from the lot. it just pops off with a little force. I eased it off going from side to side and top to bottom on each side. it clips in to the metal clips you see in the picture and a couple around the middle and on the bottom.
I think I got the replacement for mine for about 10-20 $. or even cheaper. I can't recall it was about 2 yrs ago I replaced mine.
