Default 2007 Saturn Vue 3.5 V6 Ac problems

Hello everyone I have 2007 Saturn Vue 3.5 V6 it has 125k started to have a/c issues. While I was driving my ac stopped blowing completely, so I tested the ac resister it was bad so went ahead and replaced it then the ac start up like nothing. its been 2 months and the ac did the same exact thing just stopped blowing. I checked the the blower motor and worked just fine what else could it be. Does anyone know where is the ac pressure switch located on a 2007 3.5 v6? Or what else could it be if anyone can help please

So you had a blower resistor problem. Do you have a blower now? Does the compressor work? I can't tell if you have an AC problem or a blower motor problem.

Greg,

Are they maybe referring to the air conditioning diode usually found in the underhood fuse box? Especially since the resistor pack and all that good stuff runs off DC not AC.

I never have looked up to see what that diode does in the AC system......

The diodes are used in high current circuits to bleed off eddies produced when a coil collapses. They are a protective devise.
