Default '05 Vue 3.5 AWD Gas smell at rear of vehicle, rough idle, hard start, p0175 (rich)

I have a strong fuel smell after running the engine but no visible fuel leaks. It seems to come from the rear right wheel well area (fuel filler area). This issue had persisted for a while before the engine finally threw the codes p0172 and p0175 (rich condition bank 1 and bank 2). I seem to have ruled out the purge valve. To test it I pulled off the EVAP line and started the engine. The EVAP port on the purge valve had no vacuum suction until the engine warmed up, then it began pulling air. You could hear it as well as feel the suction once the engine was warm. Unless this does not rule out a faulty purge valve somehow?

I changed the canister vent valve so that should be ruled out.

I have a smoke machine (relatively cheapo amazon unit) and i don't see any smoke from the evap system.

I've tried UV dye in the gas tank and can't find any dye (maybe i'm missing the leak scooching around under the ramps looking).

I have a bluetooth OBD tool and the app torque pro, so i can read the oxygen sensor data, etc. Though i'm not quite sure what to make of it.

Could a fuel tank pressure sensor cause a rich condition and fuel smell? Do I need to test the fuel pressure with a rental from the parts store? All help and direction is greatly appreciated!
