Default 03 Vue Jerks when decelerating

Last night come home, whenever I'd decelerate the car, lift my foot off the gas, would jerk from 1.5 rpms to 2.5 rpms approximately multiple times until I hit the gas to accelerate again.. Our Vue is a 03 4 cylinder front wheel drive. What might be going on? We have 105,000 miles is all.

If you have a cvt transmission that is probably the cause.

They seem to have lasted 110K+/- 10K..
ALL of the CVT trannys in 03 04 for the Vues and Ion coupes bit the dust. There really isn't a cost effective way to repair it and any junkyard find probably has close to as many miles on it as yours.

It's worth more moving than it is stuck in place.
Probably best to unload it. Some one who needs a parts vehicle for 2003-2004 Vue would be my target if the body is nice enough.

Default Yep acct transmission. It's on its

Thanks, yep cvt tranny. It's at the shop now. This one's from a rebuilt one from 2003. The first two were replaced under warranty. Yesterday it ran fine to maybe with a fluid change and filter it will last under I find something else.
