1.) Replaced front driver side door
2.) Valve covers 2X
3.) Modified the intake manifold (had to change the Water distribution pipe b/c it was cracked)
4.) Changed radiator ( b/c it cracked due to overheating from water distribution pipe)
5.) Water pump ( see 3 & 4)

Did you use the fix that someone "invented" specifically for the crack near the intake manifold?

 

Most definitely!!! After a lot of research, I figured it was the safest bet

 

I believe Janmar had a similar situation and used the fix successfully as well. Or I'm wrong. My memory sucks
