HELP DOES ANY BODY HAVE A 1.9 SOHC THAT TAPS PUT A NEW CAM IN STILL MAKES NOISE

Did you put in a new timing CHAIN? Did you put in new LIFTERS? If not, why?

timing chain and lifters would be the first place i'd look, then go to the cam. my buddy's got a SOHC and it 'ticks' like this too. I think it's just a quirk of these engines.

My 93 SL1 ticks lightly on start up for about 3 minutes. Is it possible for the oil pump to be weak or partly clogged in this engine? (1.9 SOHC)

I put a new cam in because the pin on the cam broke off .motor only has 5000 mile on it so i figure i didn'tneed new lifter or chain
