’01’ hard shift

I have a '01'SC-1, with a hard shift when shifiting from:

1 to 2, 2 to 3, but 3 to 4 is smooth, 4 to OD is also hard.

Tranny fluid seems normal, got ideas?

Transmission VavleBody is going bad.
