Can the front seats be swapped with eachother?

Actually, it's NOT the quality of the seats from my own experience. I've been in several older Saturns that were taken care of and the seats are just fine. Part of it due to large people that might own them "falling" into the seats when they get in. That contributes to breaking them down. BUT, to get to the point, if you remove the cushions, they WILL swap on to the tracks from side to side.

I am rebuilding the seats on my trucks at work constantly. I actually bought a spare driver’s seat for the 2017 and newer Super Duty Ford trucks so I can have one with new foam and covers ready to go. The 2011-2016 seats held up better than the new body style seats.

Yes! That makes perfect sense, the falling into the seat theory! I've seen it 1000 times! Thanks for that insight and also the info that I CAN swap the seats! I'll be doing that this weekend 😁 peace ✌️
