Hey im Steve as you al know.. i have a 97 saturnb sl2 everytime it gets kinda wet outside like when it rains when i start my car it makes a high pitch squeeking sound for qabout 40 secs then stop's dosent affect the way my car drives or anything. its kind of picky and choosie on when it wants to make the sound. usally when it sits for hours at a time then start it up it does it 95% of the time its when it is raining or just got done raining... whats this?

 

Sounds like a loose serpentine belt. The belt may be worn or you may need a new tensioner.
