Default 1999 SL Manual Transmission

Hi, does anyone know how this bracket is removed on a 1999 SL manual transmission? See attached picture.
This bracket is very loose. How is it removed?

I'm not sure, but it looks to me that if you removed that clip and the cable that MAYBE you could pry up on the pin beside that orange piece and it'll slide out? IDK I'm just trying to figure out how it operates by looking at it. I've had two brain surgeries and my cognitive thinking has sucked ever since.

Thanks for your input seed, but it appears there is a bolt on the bottom of the bracket.

Undo that bolt and that bracket should come off. I'd try cleaning it with some brake parts cleaner or your favorite degreaser before trying to back it out, though. The top piece may be a threaded "tube" that the bottom bolt screw into. IDK, just guessing, once again. If it's just loose, have you tried tightening that bolt? I don't know why I didn't ask that from the get go. There's the effed up cognitive thinking again. Or lack, thereof. I can also see a bolt next to the orange piece. Have you checked to see if it's tight? I also see a bolt beside the orange piece. Is that bolt tight?
