This morning I put oil in my car then I asked my fiance to start my car and he told me it wont go in the ignition. My car has never done that to me. Then the key got stuck. I tried EVERYTHING. rocking the wheel, pressing the brake and trying to unlock it. Finally I gave up and it's now being towed. Does anyone know what it could be or tips on what I could do? Or if its my ignition has finally gone out? my car only has a little over 92,000 miles on it. HELP!!! :[

 

Best guess here is that the ignition lock assembly will have to be replaced. OEM (GM) item ...

 

Why is the car being towed? You say the key finally went in...did it not want to turn to start the car at that point?
