where is my crankshaft timing maek tab
hi I have a 2000 Saturn ls2 3.0 engine and I would like to know is where is my crankshaft timing tab mark on engine or is it on the left or right side of engine this is engine vin no(G8JW2R6YY675242) with pictures if possible the timing tensioner froze up timing belt slip timing is off
All timing marks are behind the timing belt cover. There are repair manuals in the forum/general/general tech help section. If the timing belt jumped time you will have bent valves also. Sorry.
moved to L series section.
Never worked on an L car myself, so I'm not of much use on this one. Someone else should come along and chime in.
A Haynes or similar manual would prob help you out with the whole timing procedure. Usually money well spent.

Good info on a different forum.......Hope you didn't do any damage.

I'm not making fun of your typing or english language skills or anything like that -- I just don't understand what you're trying to say.
