Saturn 2003 L200 Sedan.


At speed it seems that the car will be going down the road and it will start to jerk, not all of the time but once in a while. I can''t feel anything in transmission, but it seems to increase the RPM''s by 200 or so then do back down to what it usually is. Like there is a fight between drive and overdrive.

Have a diagnostic run on the transmission (I''m assuming an automatic here). Probably will find that the overdrive is not locking up fully. I suffered from the same issue in my 2002 L200, and after long discussions with dealership and area rep, got a new transmission. Voila! No more jumping ....
