Chances are, if it’s ticking like that you’ll want to replace the chain and guides... a new tensioner may help some though, and it *can* be installed with the engine in the car, however you want to secure the timing chain to make sure it doesn’t jump time when you put the new tensioner on...

Gotcha, I am gonna try the tensioner first since it’s only $50 then see what happens. I have looked all over the web for a video on how to do it without removing your engine, and I can’t seem to find one. Does anyone know of one? Thanks
