Finally found someone to pick the cars up. My usual guy had back surgery so ive spent days trying to find someone else.

Looking at a Kawasaki z125 pro right now. Simply for fuel mileage. And to get back on the hang of riding.
$3300+TTL for a brand new one. Not a bad deal.

Fire Marshall's were only able to confirm it started in the unit next to mine. Everything else is undetermined. As per the report I requested and received directly from them.
