2004 Ion. Won’t start.

It doesn’t crank. The dash lights come on and the door buzzer. I have tried to jump start it, but nothing, still no crank. Any suggestions out there? Any help would be appreciated

Have you had the battery load tested? If it's an older battery, odds are that it has a dead cell or two since the cold weather has hit. First, just try cleaning and tightening the battery cables and posts.
