what would be the first second third or so forth things to change or swap out of my engine

its been sitting for two plus years and i wanna bring it back up to speed and im not sure where to start like to i change the CIA first because those always look cool under the hood or get the engine detailed i would like to do the work myself so i know my saturn sc2 2001 i live in winnipeg canada i plan to do the body mods in the winter but id like to get a start on the engine

if any of you are bored and have the time i would appreciate the input and like i said in an earlier thread there is only one other sc2 running in my city that i know about and the third is in the scrap yard

i forgot to mention i have changed the plugs and wires also the fuel filter the oil and oil filter thats about it so far
