Default Saturn sc2 95 Quad driver module

I have a issue with my 95 Saturn. I can start it up and drive it for about 5 to 10 minute before it acts up.
I can be going down the road and it will die instantly. No cutting out, just a straight shutdown. Its like someone hit a off switch. After it dies it will not start again for at-least one hour. I had my friend come out and hook a machine up to it since i have failed to combat the issue. I changed the gas filter and hollowed out the cad convertor thinking one of those options would fix the car. Neither one did.
I received 3 codes:
Code 26- Driver Module Fault
Code 27- Flag Quad Driver Module Fault
Code 48- Info Flag Reference Pulse Error

Anyone know if any of the three codes could be without a doubt causing the above described problem

EDIT
Also i was told to maybe look into the Coolant Temp Sensor .
I have noticed that the fan never kicks on.

Thanks

The QDM is internal PCM that controls various components from check engine light to cooling fan to EGR solenoid & pugre solenoid. If it comes on as soon as you start the car most likely the EVAP purge solenoid is the fault.

Thats a guess not a fact, maybe stopping at the dealer will save you money in the long run.

I paid 9 bucks for the Coolant Temp Sensor and changed it out and it seems to fix the problem.
Thanks

i thought i had this problem put in the bag, but i was wrong! It ran fine for a couple hours then the same problem came back.
Could i possible have a weak fuel pump? After the car dies it wont start immediately and it back fires when i attempt to start it. If i let it sit for an hour or so it will start right back up as if nothing is wrong.
This car is really starting to wear me slick.
