I just got rid of my 1988 Mitsubishi Starion ESI-r SHP. Most people havent heard of it. But it was Turbo'd and Intercooled and too many mods to list. I finally got it to 315 bhp. Of course im not looking for that out of my SAturn but i want ATLEAST 170 bhp. Its a 1999 SAturn SC2. I'm not looking for the cheapest way, I learned with the previous car that, that is bad, but i want the most reliable way. Whats the best quick spooling turbo for this car? I dont want to push anything over 10 psi. Also can we use megasquirt with our cars?

I'm planning on turboing my SL2 later down the road. I'm gonna usea garrett T28. Quick spool and good boost. You being a previous turbo owner, would know how to regulate the boost down below the 10 psi. I plan on pushing about 16-18 psi (of course not on stock internals).
