No problem on the threadjack, Derf -- just as long as we don't overload his wagon.

I've checked a couple of the sites local to me, and they put the lens assembly in the $40usd bracket (plus or minus). If you locate one, lemmie know where I gotta send the money order ...

Be happy to, Derf. I just need to get a break from all this frigging rain we're having. Flash floods in Nashville yesterday did some major damage. It even made the national news. Back in 2010 when we had over 25 inches of rain in two days and had catastrophic damage with several deaths, not a word was mentioned on the national news. Go figure, huh?

I need to know soon man. Weather permitting, I'll be headed out of here around 6:30 am Cental time, tomorrow. So far, the weather headed my way doesn't look too promising. It's supposed to move in between 4:00 and 6:00 am. Pull-A-Part is 85 miles east of me and that's gonna suck if I get rained out. If it doesn't happen, then perhaps next weekend I'll try it again.

ok

you must first remove the outer headlight cover. Three T15 Torx screws--2 outside, 1 inside (must open hood to access)

Once this is done, the metal frame that holds the headlight in is just held with phillips screws.

then you can pull the headlight out and get at the connector and wiring.

Derf and Mike, I'm gathering up some extra tools and will be headed out the door shortly. Wish me luck, because if it starts raining, I'll be turning around and headed right back home. I'll let you guys know later today if I had any luck.
