We went 750 miles round trip today to get a parts car for my mother in law's 91 Subaru Legacy awd wagon. I bought a 90 Legacy awd sedan with 135k miles and a bad head gasket. They want $700 for a transmission for this car at the wrecking yard if you can find one. Time for bed.

 

You must really like your mother-in-law, Andy! LOL I'm heading over to my MIL's condo tomorrow to do a little more painting and some light carpentry work for her. The wife and I will spend the night and then head home Wednesday morning. Seems like every time I go there, I'm working on something. She says I'm her favorite son in law, but after looking at the others she has, I'm not so sure that's much of a compliment. The others are lazy bastards who won't lift a finger to help her with anything.
