Thought I would post a few pics of the fuel system. I have some good info in regards to making or repairing the nylon fuel lines. It turns out that the clamp on your old brake line flair kit will clamp the nylon lines just fine. You just stick the line through the end of your caulking gun, put the clamp around the tube and you can press a new end on the nylon line with no problem. ( at least the straight ones ) I had to custom make all of my fuel lines. I had scrapped out two Saturn's and saved every scrap of the fuel lines. I cut the ends very carefully out of the lines and ended up with all of the fittings I needed. Made all of the lines basically for nothing. Also a pic of the foam board mockup of the tank. Also works on the Nylon clutch line.
The steel portion also needed modified and I used silver solder to put those lines together.
