Yep .. I broke down and got a "smart phone" Galaxy SIII ............. It's cool enough, does alot, large screen easy to use. Covered it with an Otter Box Defender.

 

My wife is on her 3rd LG Intuition from Verizon in the past 3 months. All 3 have been pieces of crap. Stay away from them. She wants to know if you like that phone, because she's been looking at them. Frigging Verizon won't send her a new phone, they keep replacing it with a "refurb". I suspect that all they're doing is sending her a phone that someone else has returned. Refurb? Yeah, right.

 

I got this on because so many people I know have it. My Son replaced his IPhone with the SIII as well as his wife. Everyone said they love it, and it's the one to get. Love....I'm not to sure I'm going to love a phone, but it works and is easy to use. I was sitting out back having a smoke when I was notified that you posted, all I had to do is reply. Yes I replied via my computer and not the phone, but I could have used the phone.

 

That's cool, Rj. I'll tell her what you did and she can research one of those. I'm done with Verizon.

hey a refurb phone is a refeurb phone. What they refurb if anything is anyone's guess. For me it's about reception/signal strength in my area. Verizon = strong, ATT=weak, never tried sprint or tmobile.

RJ as you know thats the same phone I'm going to pickup. When it comes to LG and Verizon, I've never had a problem with either. I've never had a problem with a refurb phone or camera. Could be the LG Intuition is just junk in the first place I don't know.

 

I think you've hit the nail on the head SW2CAM. I guess we'll find out tomorrow when we get back home. This is my second trip to Ocala, FL in the past two weeks. Too long a story to get into, but suffice it to say that once my *** is back in TN, it will be a LOOOOOONNNNGGGGG time before I ever come back here.

 

Hey Rube ............ just a heads up. Verizon price on my phone was $199, Best Buy was $159, and Walmart was $148. Wife got it at Best Buy cause when she went to Walmart she couldn't find anyone to sell her the damn thing. I know nothing about the phone your wife has but as sw put it.......it may just be junk.

 

Thanks, RJ. We got home about an hour ago and FedX just delivered the 4th phone about 15 minutes ago. She's going to let our kids check it out as we're going to have a shower and take a nap. 710 miles in 10 and 1/2 hours and I'm kind of worn out. Hell, at this point, I won't ever bother her for sex until tomorrow! LOL
