Anyone here a lawyer or have a good friend that is one?
I'd like this contract looked at. It seems like it contradicts itself.

 

I'm not a lawyer but I've been told by half dozen people I should have been. I'm good with contract language. If you can scan it and email it to me at the fragmented address at the bottom of my profile I'll take a look right away. As in as soon as I receive it.

 

Since I accidentally pressed reply instead of edit, please know that I routinely have to interpret regulations from the pharmaceutical industry written by the FDA and then write standard operating procedures that comply yet have wiggle room such that you still comply yet have ways around little boo boos.

I enjoy analyzing the crap out of anything and everything. Surprised I'm still married

Classic patchwork POS put together from 46 different examples of unrelated contract types by someone too cheap to hire a lawyer, search the internet, or even have a friend get a blank contract from a competitor.

There are probably at least 30 things wrong with this. I stopped counting at 15. We can continue via email as I need a bit more information.

 

I thought so going off what I remember with my other units.
