Default SaturnFans acting REALLY weird.

I click on the link and for some reason my browser (Firefox) thinks it is a download (php) link. So it won't re-direct to the site because it's a 'potential security risk'

In other news: I got an oil change and one week later my dash starts telling to to "change oil."

I tried the "put key in the "on" (but not turned over) position and press the little black button on the panel for 3 seconds" method, but this did nothing.

Any help would be awesome.

From the owner's manual:

"After changing the engine oil, reset the system by doing
the following:
1. Press and release the trip/reset button until the
OIL LIFE message is displayed.
2. Then press and hold the trip/reset button until a
chime sounds five times, and RESET is displayed
in the message center.
When the system is reset, the odometer will again
be displayed in the message center.
3. Turn the key to LOCK."

Note that you must press AND RELEASE the trip/reset button until . . .

You need to take up SaturnFans complaints with that web site. Our administrators do it right here at SaturnForum.

Default The OIL LIFE message never appears tho.

The OIL LIFE message never appears, though. Neither does the chime. Neither does the RESET message. Nothing happens whatsoever

Does any message appear, or does the trip odometer reset to zero? If nothing happens when you press the button, you may have a problem with the instrument cluster.

I thought it was just me... try to visit saturn fans on firefox, it just downloads a PDF that seems to describe the site address, or something. It was also doing the same thing when I click the refresh button on chrome, but today, it went to a website called "network solutions", telling me the website is "under construction", Which I assume means it is being fixed, and should work again when finished. Maybe someone else knows more about technology, but that is all I have to report.

Anyway, I have fixed some things on my SC1, and it is now shifting, and steering better than ever. Although, the TRS is acting up again, always something...

No it's not you it's me.

I think we've already discussed this more than is necessary. So I'm going to close this thread.

Anyone else who stops by will see the post and go okay it's messed up.

Oh there's the strange oil change question in here. I unnecessarily mixed topics.
