Thanks! I suck at electrical!! Just don't know what to look for!! I have checked every fuse and all are good!! I have tried a good relay in all the relays and makes no difference!! I can jump across the starter and it will turn over but won't start!! I'm lost on this one!! All other electrical is working!

I thought there is probably a fusable link in there. If that were blown tho, would I not be getting any juice to the starter? Because I can jump across the starter and it will turn over, but won't start.

The battery cable runs to the starter, the fusible link protects certain circuits in the car. The starter is hot all the time. The car may have certain circuits dead.The alternator is protected by the fusible link. There are fuse panels inside the car down low. You need to check those fuses also. Don’t just check the fuses for continuity but also for power to them.

OK, now this is a strange one to me!! Now when I turn the key on, the power train relay is clicking rapidly!! Wasn't doing that before! Any ideas??

Check your battery voltage before you go any further diagnosing.
