Billy, way cool about the '92, I love it when things turn out better than expected! Usually the other result happens, so to have it work out well is awesome.

Why why why, when I was just lurking around on craigslist, could I find new listings all the time and now that I'm seriously looking it's just a trickle! Grrr. I know the right one will turn up, I'm just not that patient

 

No problems with the composite intakes at all on the twin cam.

 

Thanks Joe. The issue with them in Fords is pretty common, so that had me spooked a bit. Saw an ad on craigslist for a '95 SL2 140K in what looks like great shape for $1300. Problem is it's about 1 1/2 hours away, and tomorrow is Monday. ARGH!!!

 

I almost flew to NY to buy a Redline. If you want it bad enough, its worth it. I probably would have if the one I bought didn't pop up when it did.
