Default Horn will not work on 96 Saturn

Horn quit working on 96 Saturn SW2. Checked fuse and found it blown. Replaced fuse. Horn still will not work. Any suggestions on what to check next will be appreciated. There is no relay and no other fuses according to the user manual.

The horn could be shot. Run a wire direct from the hot post on the battery to the plug connector on the horn. If it blows, then you know it's good. If not, then get another horn.

Thanks Charlie. You are exactly right. Check voltage at the connection to the horn. Had nothing. Checked the fuse again, found it blown. checked voltage again and had 12 volts. Horn had a short that was blowing the fuse. Replaced the horn with new horn from O'Rilley Auto Parts and it now works fine.

Thanks for letting us know. Sometimes people come here and ask for advice and we never hear from them again. Stick around. Since you have a car that is no longer in production, odds are very good that you're going to need this forum for advice.
