'95 SL2 Fuel Gauge Issues
Hey guys, about two years ago my fuel gauge went out on my Saturn. It nearly always reads "E" even after I fill the tank all the way up. I need to know if it's a fuse, relay, or maybe the reader in the tank is stuck?
It's not really been too much of an issue since I just use the trip meter and fill up when I reach 300 miles from a full tank, but I'd like to know how much gas I have left if, say, I couldn't afford to fill my tank up all the way.
Any help or tips would be appreciated, and I'm really good with cars so just let me know what you guys think.
Thanks, Rob.

Well, I'd slide under the car and test to see if you have a resistance reading coming from the fuel gage sending unit in the tank. If the resistance reads zero OR infinate, you probably have a bad sending unit. Some value of resistance between those limits and the sending unit may be OK

I'm sure the banned action was unintentional. They have the security program screwed down really tight in an effort to keep riders and trolls out of the channel, and for some unknown reason, it targeted your nick. Sorry about that ......
