Also didn't indicate plugs changed in first post or I wouldn't bother recommending it.

Please provide ALL information up front if you want to receive correct feedback. I'm quite willing to help but without ALL the information, the chances are greatly decreased that we get to the bottom of the problem.

Still recommend changing the 02 sensor and clearing the codes, driving, seeing if bogging improves and if light comes back on.
(the real question being is the engine really knocking bad enough that the knock sensor intervention can't have the pcm adjust the timing or is the knock sensor itself bad)
