Does anyone tried to adapt a standard spin-on oil filter to the V-6 Vue?? I have spent many hours looking at the available adapters, and it looks like there are very few options available. I am interested in installing something that will use a better filter than the crappy Fram and STP versions that are all I have access to at this time.

i've seen an adapter on ebay from time to time that just screws into
the block and allows you to use many standard spin on filters...i
couldnt find one when i searched, but you might try...

also check out places like jegs or summit racing online they have everything
