I have a 92 saturn with no power going to my shoulderseatbelt and the dashboard speedometer. I would appreciate it if anyonecan help me with this problem . All the fuses are ok and I checked the wiring harness to the speedometer. Where else can I look for this problem?

I would check the door switch for the sholder belt. As for the speedometer, there should be a connection on the transaxle. Check there. Do you have a Chiltons manual? If not, I would get one.
