</>Has anyone solved the mystery on howto activate xm on the radios that don;'t have the extra box under the seat? Can we order the part yet so that you don't have tohave an ugly extra box hanging off the side of the radio? I'm still mad because when I bought the car, there were signs everywhere stating that ALL Vues has XM standard. They were not telling the truth. Edited by: tampaphotogal

I'm pretty sure the radio itself is not xm capable if it does not have the box. Sure the signs didn't say onstar standard not all had xm

Not sure if the headunits differ between Xm and nonXM models. I's assume all you'd need to buy would be the tuner module, antenna and service.
I'd be curious to hear how much that all costs. It would probably be more cost effective to put a high end aftermarket headunit that is satellite capable.
I've seen a few 07 VUE's with Kenwood and Pioneer DualDin sized headunits.
