Thanks for the insight, suggestions and know how....butjumpers are a little out of my league. I truly appreciate the help and info though. I think I''ll pop the hood and at least investigate your suggestions. I''ll let you know if the car still starts next week.....[img]smileys/smiley4.gif[/img]

Best option is to delve into the wiring harness that runs from the body control module to the underhood fuse block where the DRL relay is located. Locate the light green wire with a black stripe on it. This is the controlling signal for the DRL relay. Do with it as you see fit.


Oh ... do not simply pull the DRL relay, as that will prevent your right side high beam headlight from getting power

I''''ve had my DRL relay pulled for a long time and there is nothing wrong with my right side high beam headlight.

Ocean, I was just in your neighborhood last summer...we took a 7,ooo mile road trip visiting family.....lol thanks for all the help. I will take look under that there hood and poke around...
