Hi everyone. I have an '07 Saturn Vue (4cyl). I recently took it to a car wash chain and they somehow damaged the silver plastic cover around the shifter (the plate that has the PRND123 cutouts). It looks like the silver film was melted somehow (via chemical).

After several phone calls and arguments they aren't going to do anything. Really pisses me off, but I've decided to go ahead and start trying to find a replacement part.

I've tried searching online, but without luck. This definitely isn't a normal part you would order (i.e., tires, bumper, etc.). Just trying to figure out if this is something I can buy and replace, or if it would require a whole new larger piece and an auto body shop. Pics can be provided if you need them. Thx.
