According to Wikipedia, the 2000-2004 Saturn Vue with manual transmission uses a Getrag F23 transmission. Opels of the same vintage used the same transmission with slightly different final gear ratios. The Vue had a 3.94 ratio, the Opels had a 3.84 ratio. Opel models were Corsa, Astra, Vectra B (2000-2002), Combo, Zafira, Tigra, and Speedster. See this link.

Per OldMarine, there were many Opels that used this transmission.

Additionally, GM used it in various Chevrolet in Pontiac vehicles with different final drive ratios, a few up until 2010. See the Wikipedia page on the f23...... https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Getrag_F23_transmission

I would suspect that the VECTRA B reference in Wiki is incorrect. My L is a Vectra B and it has an F25 which is a rod shifted transmission. F23 is a cable shifted transmission.
